The Challenge

Report writing is one of the most time-consuming parts of law enforcement work, and court preparation is even worse. Officers spend hours drafting reports that need to be legally precise, then walk into cross-examination with minimal prep. We built a tool that solves both problems with AI.

What We Built

Report Buddy is an AI-powered SaaS application that helps officers write better reports and prepare for court with confidence. The platform features AI report generation with smart refinement, case law analysis, charge suggestions, and department policy integration. The Pro tier adds mock cross-examination, vulnerability assessment, and performance debriefing — giving officers a way to practice the stand before they're on it.

The subscription model runs through Stripe with a Standard plan at $9.99/month and Pro at $15.99/month, both with a 7-day free trial. The app integrates custom LLM pipelines trained on law enforcement writing standards.
